Frequently Asked Questions. 
1) How do I pay? 

We accept payment by Cash if you pick up at Unit 101-8680 Cambie Road, Richmond BC, V6X 4K1


All you need to so send us an email at [email protected] with your name, email, contact number and , let us know what product you want and we will reply to ensure we have inventory when you pick it up! 

Alternatively, fill in the "contact form" under Info and let us know the SIM card you are looking for. 

2) My Internet does not work. Help me fix it!

  • You have to turn on Data roaming on your mobile device for this to work
  • Once you swap your existing sim-card to the the travel sim-card, you may need to reset your phone
  • You may need to reset your phone when you travel to a new destination 
  • You ran out of Data and will require a new Data Sim. 

3) Can we Canada post the shipping to you?

  • Yes we can, it may take up to 7-10 business days. If you need the product immediately, a pick up option is available at the address mentioned above. 

4) Do we accept refunds or exchanges? 

  • All products other than travel data roaming sim cards allow a 7 day exchange provided that the product is faulty or damaged. We will do our best to accommodate all situations; however, Simple Sim will reserve the final right to permit a product exchange.
